  1. At the moment the system selects the available IPs 'randomly' from the available subnets.

It's needed to implement an option to switch from a 'random' selection of IPs to selecting "most free", and "round-robin" as well.

Randomness is causing shattering in all subnets and issues with provisioning.

  2. When attempting to create servers, it fails due to a variety of factors, including insufficient available IP addresses, locked nodes, storage constraints, and other resource limitations. The current error messages compel to manually investigate each potential issue, leading to wasted time and resources.

To enhance the efficiency of this, it would be better to have an option for more detailed and specific error messages. By clearly identifying the root cause of the failure—be it an IP shortage, a locked node, or inadequate storage—we can significantly reduce troubleshooting time and streamline our operations.

Implementing this change would involve minimal code modifications…

  3. Currently when a long list of Plans is present, and when a user creates a VM he/she sees that long list without any kind of filtering.

An option to create groups/categories/tags/etc. so when a user creates a VM they can switch between those groups and choose a proper available plan with less scrolling or knowing the exact name of the plan.

A good starting point will be something like Digital Ocean's interface.

  4. It would be better if SolusVM add a feature on WHMCS Postpaid module to enable the Postpaid billing to compute the hourly charges solely based on the online hours of the VMs.

  5. For enhanced security, it would be beneficial to include a checksum functionality option for QCOW2 OS images during the addition process, akin to the feature that is currently offered for ISO images in SolusVM 2.

  7. Would suggest to display last 10-20 tasks and CR list with resource usage brief, it's more important to see if there are sufficient resources available.

    eg.:
node name - Virtual CPUs, memory (total/free), storage (used / total)

  8. Currently on Dashboard Tasks menu is duplicated.
I would suggest to display last 20-30 tasks and CR list with resource usage brief, it's more important to see if there are sufficient resources available.

    eg.:
node name - Virtual CPUs, memory (total/free), storage (used / total)

  10. What is currently missing here is a precise view for the customer of what he currently has to pay for the cloud servers, i.e. what the customer currently has in terms of costs as well as the current month so that the customer can understand what the customer has already used here and what he can expect when invoice is created

  12. I am writing to inquire about the possibility of viewing a list of clients or VPS servers sorted by their traffic usage or Mb/s bandwidth usage within the SolusVM2 panel. Currently, I am unable to find a way to access this information directly through the interface.

Being able to see this data would be incredibly helpful for managing my resources and identifying potential issues. For example, it would allow me to:

Proactively identify clients or VPS servers that are exceeding their allocated bandwidth limits.
Optimize resource allocation based on actual usage patterns.
Better understand overall network traffic trends.
    I understand…

  13. Hello
Please fix and add this item in the whmcs module
When I want to sell traffic to my customers, for example, 1 terabyte of free download and upload, but only total can be created in the whmcs module, and I have to manually edit this item in the virtualization panel and the second item in the additional traffic section of the whmcs system. For example, I bought the server 15 days ago and now I want to buy traffic again. If every 1000 gigs of traffic is 2 dollars, the system will calculate 1 dollar until the renewal time,…

  14. Click on VM > Backups > (drop down box) select which backup node or (random) by default.

Backups > Backup Nodes > (Exclude a backup node from (random) selection)

This comes in handy when you have multiple backup nodes for example SSD vs. NVME vs. Spinning or different teir levels for customers backups.

or... you just want to dedicated an entire node for your VMs vs. customers.

  15. When We Change VPS Primary IP From Panel It Should Also Change In WHMCS

Allow user to select IP from available IP's List While Ordering In WHMCS

When VPS Is Processed It Should Set VPS IP as Domain/Hostname If Domain/Hostname Is Not Entered (It Helps Admin To Find User Account Easily By Searching VPS IP in WHMCS)

When New Client VPS & Account Is Created By WHMCS In SolusVM It Should Send SolusVM Panel Login Too (Like VPS Login & Panel Login)

  19. Customers can create Virtual servers in 2 ways.

    1. You can purchase a "prepaid" virtual server through WHMCS.
    2. Can create "pay-as-you-go" virtual server via SolusVM administration panel.

If the user wants to use 2 billing methods:
Will make purchases through WHMCS to create a "prepaid" virtual server.
To purchase "pay-as-you-go" packages, Solusvm will create a server through the administration panel.

But using it this way causes a problem like this.
The user purchased 2 "prepaid" virtual servers from WHMCS.
And he created 1 "pay-as-you-go" package via the Solusvm management panel.
If the user enters the Solusvm Administration panel, he will see…

  20. When the user purchases a vps through WHMCS. When the admin approves this virtual server, the Solusvm module creates this virtual server in the SVM panel and a user account is created in SVM with the e-mail address of the user in WHMCS.

To use Cloud hosting "pay-as-you-go" billing, the user clicks on the cloud hosting tab in WHMCS and confirms his e-mail address. Then, when he presses the "I accept" button on the "Accept Terms of Use" screen, he encounters the following error:

Email address already in use on the SolusVM 2.0 system. Please use a different email address…
