Disk downgrade for easy scaling

An option to downgrade the VM Disks alongside RAM and CPU for easy scaling management without messing up with the partition sectors and data.

    We tried to suggest this in the past, I think there is some hard limits/risks of data loss when shrinking disks. But it would be nice 100%
