Enhance the SolusVM1 IP stealing functionality by allowing ebtables to utilize the subnet instead of individual IP addresses
I believe it would be more efficient to implement ebtables rules for subnets (such as /28, /29, etc.) rather than for individual IPs. When we allocate a /24 to a VM, the ebtables rules are being generated for each IP individually, which impacts other VMs and degrades server performance.
