UEFI Bootloader support for KVM

It would be better to have an option select bootloader as UEFI for KVM VM since windows allow the resize of more than 2TB with only UEFI bootloader, BIOS bootloader is not resizing the Windows VM when it have more than 2TB.

    This should be a critical priority for 2026. Legacy BIOS began to be deprecated in 2010. Sixteen years later, most Linux bootloaders only support UEFI, and there are new security compliance requirements that mandate SecureBoot support for VMs.

    It should be included in the new version of Solus that the vm in Windows will support more than 2tb on hard disk
    should support load boot with UEFI
