Add ability to Enable PCI Passthrough

By enabling PCI passthrough will allow us to use a physical PCI device (graphics card, network card) inside a VM.

This is highly required for VPS servers with Graphic Cards, which is not possible with SolusVM at this time and it has been present with competitors for quite some time.

    This is very important, specially with modern 10/40G NICs with SR-IOV / Passthrough to NIC cards.

    I just received the notification for this. Time to include this funcitonality in SVM.

    I do not know why PCI passthrough has been missing on Solus VM for so long!!! We cannot virtualize our NVIDIA GPUs with KVM virtual machines.

    This is an extremelly needed feature we have been waiting for years. We have migrated most of our VMs to Proxmox due to their support for PCI passthrough.
