Increase the pbzip2 threads for Automated FTP backup.

Increase the pbzip2 threads upto 30 for Automated FTP backup. It would be good if there is option to select 30 pbzip2 threads in Backup settings dropd-down.

    This is needed for larger core servers with more VPS to increase pbzip compression performance.
