Add ability to manage netfilter option for OpenVZ VPS in SolusVM UI.

There is no such functionality in SolusVM UI. Please add it.

    OpenVZ has many options like the following. I'll glad if the function supports these options.

    - ONBOOT
    This option defines that the container will be auto booting when the OpenVZ Host booted.

    - NUMPROC
    This option defines that the maximum running processes in OpenVZ container.

    - NUMTTY
    This option defines that the maximum tty in OpenVZ container.

    etc...
