Email Notification templates
We need to add the ability to create Email Notification templates. Specifically, you need to add templates for:
- Server reinstall
- Application reinstall
- Server upgrade to a new plan
- Server rebuild
- Server deleted
- IPv4/ipv6 assigned/removed
- VPC ip assigned/removed
- Snapshot created/removed/restored
- Backup created/removed/restored
- Server started/rebooted/restarted/stopped/power off
- Server rescue mode
