Right now, if a Computer Resource (CR) goes offline or is lost, there's no easy way to move the VMs from that CR to another one using the SolusVM 2 panel. We have to manually update the database, which isn’t ideal.

It would be great to have an option in the GUI to restore VMs from an unavailable CR to another active CR.

To avoid confusion, there should be a clear warning, something like:

"The VM you are restoring is from a CR that is currently unavailable. If you restore it to another CR, the original VM (if it still exists) will not be deleted automatically."

This would make disaster recovery and VM management much easier.
