Better IP block assignment feature for SolusVM 2

Could be very useful to be able to choose the IP block used to deliver VPS (or set the IP block on a plan basis) or creating like an IP group that we choose when creating a server (with a default one of course)

    This is very important for me.
    It only have a few ipv4 Adresses and a Ipv6 /64 Subnet. I want to use Dual Stack VMs and Ipv6 only.

    Now i am out of Ipv4 Adresses and therefore unable to create Ipv6 only VMs.

    Maybe i have to cancel my license until this is available

    Would also be great if we could select the exact IP from a block/pool for a given VM (including able to select a user reserved IP from within the pool) which would be useful for if a customer wanted to retain an IP address if moving from a different service we offer onto our Solus cluster.
