Support new Virtuozzo EZ template format
Virtuozzo 7 uses new template format and also supports the newer distros.
- Add option to node to specify to use "Virtuozzo 7 Templates"
- Add option to Templates > Virtuozzo 7 Templates
Then the EZ format for these.

There is currently a rudimentary form of this as described here: https://docs.solusvm.com/display/BET/Adding+OpenVZ+EZ+templates
There's still lots to be done for improved support, however I think the most important next step is to have SolusVM automatically install the RPM on the node (if not already installed) when completing a media sync so the RPM doesn't need to be installed ahead of time.
This way the steps are:
1. Add the dummy file on the SolusVM Master
2. Add the template via SolusVM UI
3. SyncIt would also be nice if, when adding the template via SolusVM UI, the selection between OpenVZ type and EZ type were at the top of the page, as changing it to EZ wipes out everything you've already entered.

OpenVZ 7 support should be using the vzpkg for templates made by the Virtuozzo team that are designed and tested to work on openvz 7.
