Option to add custom XML settings for KVM guests on template level

Extend a SolusVM functionality that allows to add custom XML settings for KVM guests on template level, such custom XML settings should be merged to .XML configuration file of the VM

    Having this is essential because I need to add iothread support to some kvm machines. Or adjust the secondary disks to have native IO too. Or like hugepages below.

    This one would be great to enable hugepages allocation for VM by default.
