IP Assignment without Guest Tools - SolusVM 2
It would be advantageous to provide an option for assigning an IP address to the virtual machine without relying on the Guest Tools. Alternatively, enhancing the capability to assign the VM's IP address from the computer resource level would allow users to configure a static IP address within the VM independently of the Guest Tools.

Disable Backup Deletion upon VM delete and Enable Recovery
Stop deletion, set purge.
VM deletion also deletes backups. This should purge after XX days not immediately as their could be a mistake. We should be able to set purge days per backup node.
Backup Recovery
Recovering a full backup to a new CR.
- Select the backup from a list of Backups (even deleted VMs) pending purge
- Select the NEW CR
- Select the NEW hostnameThe backup server will send full backup to newly created VM on selected CR.
- I'm sure there is underlying issues here but this would be amazing *

Add --no-sparse parameter with virt-resize to avoid filesystem issues in KVM VM.
During the VM creation, solusvm slave uses
virt-resize --expand /dev/sda1 template.gz /dev/dm-xto expand the template and to write to the LV. However, if LV has obsolete data on it, and virt-resize copies template with sparse mode, the obsolete data could occupy the space where superblocks are supposed to write to and it leads to no bootable device error.I understand this behaviour can be avoided if we already zeroed the Volume Group, but it's still affecting the Windows guests.
Please add a toggle to enable/disable the --no-sparse mode for each template in Template settings page.

Editing the Cloud-init configuration for an existing VM - SolusVM 2
In SolusVM 2, the ability to modify the Cloud-init configuration is limited to before the creation of the VM and during OS reinstallation.
It would be beneficial to have a feature in SolusVM that allows for the editing and reloading of the Cloud-init configuration at any time.

It would be great to have the Percentage bar to display the Physical resource usage in Computer Resources in SolusVM 2, it should make the statistics easu to understand at first glance.

Fix Password Reset
The password reset system awkward. We use the WHMCS module for client access and SolusIO CP for admin management.
When you select VM > rescue > reset password. The function only emails the password. The system should present you with a new password inside the panel and allow you to copy that password to the clipboard and see it.
The WHMCS module should do the same thing if the client resets the password.

Ability to bulk assign IP blocks to a node!
It would be better to have a feature like bulk assign IP blocks to a Node instead of editing each IP block and selecting the New Node in its settings.
It's very time-consuming process when have more number IP blocks as well as Nodes.

Prevent the boot/reboot action while the VM is reinstalling.
It would be good to prevent the customer to boot/reboot the VM while we initiated the re-installation from the panel. When the re-installation task is running for a VM, it's not good to start/restart the VM.
